Drugstore.com offers are updated on a monthly basis and they are generally month long promotions.  Most offers are sales on specific brands, usually buy one get one free deals.  Sometimes there is a $10 off $100 site wide coupon or something similar so watch for it.  We normally try to profile these types of offers.  Free shipping promotions are also offered.  Coupon codes are rarely utilized. Coupon Use
Drugstore.com coupons are almost always automatic.  Once in a while you will need an actual code but that is rare.  If you are provided a code use it on the first screen of the checkout process.  The code area is easy to miss because it is BELOW the shopping cart.  Scroll down and look for the box in the blue shaded area as shown in the screen shot below.   Type the code and click the apply button.

In cases where a code is not provided, the discount should simply show up in your cart.  You will need to use our link to activate the coupon.    As mentioned elsewhere, many coupons are for first time shoppers only so use a different email address to get the discount.
